Michael Page is seeking a Senior SAP Customer Experience (CX / C4C) Consultant in Barcelona with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on leading SAP CX implementations, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering optimized sales and service processes for international clients.

You will configure SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud, support integration scenarios, and mentor junior consultants while contributing to the growth of the SAP CX practice.

• Proven track record leading SAP CX implementations and transformations.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international client teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP CX implementation and transformation projects for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with customers.
• Gather requirements and translate them into SAP CX solutions.
• Design and optimize end-to-end sales and service processes.
• Configure SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.
• Support integration scenarios between SAP and third-party apps.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SAP CX practice growth.
• Ensure project delivery quality, client satisfaction and business value.

Reporting to the SAP Customer Experience leadership team, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading SAP Customer Experience implementation and transformation projects.
• Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments with clients.
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable SAP CX solutions.
• Designing and optimizing end-to-end sales and customer service processes.
• Configuring and implementing SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.
• Supporting integration scenarios between SAP and third-party applications.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer transformation journey.
• Supporting presales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of the SAP CX practice.
• Ensuring project delivery quality, client satisfaction, and business value realization.
