rindus is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery & Dependency Manager to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. You will work within the SAP Core Enablement workstream, coordinating across SAP, Product and Business Teams to ensure delivery readiness and milestone achievement.

The role emphasizes risk management, dependency handling, and clear communication across international stakeholders, with fluency in English (German a plus). The office is in Málaga with flexible remote options.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience delivering SAP projects and programmes.
• Experience on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP delivery lifecycles (functional & technical).
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies and RAID items.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive day-to-day execution across the SAP Core Enablement workstream, keeping milestones on track.
• Maintain integrated workstream plans, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation.
• Lead cross-workstream dependency identification and management across SAP, Product and Business teams.
• Assess impact of changes on scope, timelines and readiness, and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate delivery readiness across Build, Test, Cutover, Hypercare and transition teams.
