Omega CRM Consulting, a Merkle company, is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to drive project delivery by analyzing user and business needs and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds.

You will work in an agile environment, collaborate with clients and Omega teams, ensure quality standards, and document functional solutions while supporting professional growth and certifications.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce administration, configuration and consulting experience.
• Proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Fluent English for business conversations and written/spoken communication.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions in agile environments.
• Strong liaison skills between clients and cross-functional technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform requirements analysis and design/implement functional solutions.
• Provide effort estimations for projects and coordinate with Omega teams and clients.
• Analyze and improve application performance and collaborate with technology providers.
• Validate solutions against functional requirements and comply with Omega quality standards.
• Create functional documentation and share knowledge within Omega's practice community.
