Omega CRM Consulting in Madrid is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to design and implement functional solutions, estimate effort, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, strong English communication, and the ability to translate requirements into effective Salesforce configurations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Formación

• English proficiency required for business conversations and written communication.
• 4+ years of Salesforce admin, configuration and consulting experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong liaison between clients and cross-functional technical teams.
• Solid experience under Agile delivery principles (SCRUM).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
• Provide effort estimations for projects.
• Coordinate with Omega team and clients to fulfill project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
• Validate solutions against functional requirements.
• Comply with Omega's software quality standards.
• Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
• Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
