ZF Group in Spain is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth for our Digital Solutions team in Spain, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored digital solutions that transform customers' businesses.

You will identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with an international team to support product improvements and marketing campaigns.

Formación

• Experience selling solutions to transport logistics.
• Background in vehicle telematics beneficial.
• Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, open-minded, and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willing to work remotely and travel across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social networks to build a high-quality pipeline.
• Organize and conduct effective, in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within prospective or existing customer organizations.
• Confidently present and demonstrate our solution, focusing on benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing, including final negotiations.
• Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are achieved. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Share field insights to support product improvements and marketing campaigns.
