Job summary

Nalanda, part of Once For All, is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Enablement Specialist to design and deliver customer learning experiences, create educational content, and support customers through onboarding and product adoption in a SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes self-service knowledge bases, webinars, and collaboration with Product, CX, and Success teams to improve in-app onboarding and adoption metrics. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience creating learning materials for B2B SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear content.
• Strong writing/editing with minimal AI reliance.
• Experience with adult learning principles, microlearning and blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain self-service knowledge bases for Nalanda Global customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure content is accessible within the platform and kept up to date.
• Audit training materials and convert into knowledge-base articles for various audiences.
• Deliver training sessions and webinars to large customer groups to drive adoption and retention.
• Support launches of new products with clear instructional content and guides.
