GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead to manage remote operations for offshore wind assets from a Remote Operations Center in Barcelona. You will guide commissioning and service activities, analyze turbine data, and coordinate with site teams to ensure safe, reliable performance across the lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on wind energy experience, SCADA familiarity, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Competenze

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience in operations.
Proficient in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting; familiar with SCADA.

Mansioni

Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays.
