Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for the Wind Remote Operations Center in Barcelona. You will monitor offshore wind assets, diagnose issues remotely, and collaborate with field teams to ensure safe, reliable performance.

Ideal candidates have wind energy experience, strong technical communication, and readiness to relocate to Barcelona with EU work eligibility. You will work across commissioning and service phases and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar systems in operations.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them to troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to support commissioning and service.
• Collaborate with field teams and engineering to resolve issues and optimize operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends and improvements.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings and safety practices.
