Job summary

Esko seeks a Renewal Operations Specialist to manage renewals for software and hardware in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa from a fully remote location in Europe. You will prepare renewal proposals and coordinate with resellers to keep contracts current and accurate.

You’ll be the go-to contact for renewal pricing and order processing, collaborating with Sales, Aftercare, Finance and Order Management. Remote, international scope; English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, order management, contract administration or customer service role in a B2B environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Contract renewals, service contracts or subscriptions, ideally working with resellers or channel partners.
• French language skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing service contract renewal proposals for software and hardware, using existing contract data and following a well-defined process.
• Acting as the main point of contact for resellers across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa on renewal pricing, contract status and order processing.
• Anticipating upcoming renewals and moving each one through the required internal and partner steps to make sure no contract lapses.
• Coordinating contract amendments, co-terming requests and subscription adjustments with Sales, Aftercare, Finance and Order Management.
• Preparing and validating pricing calculations and quotations, including perpetual-to-subscription conversions.
• Keeping renewal opportunities accurate and up to date in Salesforce, using our new quoting and ordering tools.
