Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, seeks a Renewal Operations Specialist to ensure seamless renewal processes for software and hardware across EMEA regions. This fully remote role can be based in Spain, Italy, Czech Republic or Portugal.

You will prepare renewal proposals, coordinate with resellers, and keep Salesforce updated to reflect contract status and pricing. English fluency and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years in administrative, sales support, order management, contract administration or customer service in a B2B environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service contract renewal proposals for software and hardware.
• Serve as main point of contact for resellers on renewal pricing, contract status and orders.
• Anticipate upcoming renewals and manage steps to prevent lapses.
• Coordinate contract amendments and subscription adjustments with Sales, Aftercare, Finance and Order Management.
• Prepare and validate pricing calculations and quotations, including conversions.
• Maintain renewal opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
