Job summary

Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and sustainability, seeks a Service Planner to coordinate Schneider Field service representatives and external partners to meet customer service requirements—assessments, startup, PMV, and emergency callouts.

You will act as the glue between customers, internal teams, and service partners, validating time, materials, and expenses reported in the service process. Strong communication and technical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency and English proficiency are required.
• Technical qualification related to UPS with knowledge in BACnet, MODBUS, EBO, HVAC, and DALI.
• 3–5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimise FSR allocated time and schedules to service customers promptly.
• Apply Level 2 technical guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
• Schedule maintenance visits and audits in collaboration with Project and Sales teams.
• Keep customer database up to date for service and project reference.
• Coordinate and monitor spare parts, delivery, and retrieval.
• Manage internal and external orders.
• Monitor margins and escalate deviations to protect profitability.
