You will work with international teams to align people strategies with financial goals and oversee the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement, retention, and HR processes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in a comparable HR Business Partner or HR Director role within an international digital, IT or product company.
• Experience implementing core lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, training and development, succession, termination and performance evaluation.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, workforce efficiency, engagement and retention with measurable impact.
• Operational knowledge of compensation and benefits, HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset translating HR actions into outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven evaluation of workforce performance.
• Strong multitasking and project management in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Align people strategies with the business unit's objectives and financial targets.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, succession, performance and offboarding.
• Monitor HR metrics including payroll budgets, turnover and engagement for improvements.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliant processes.
• Partner with leaders to identify challenges and drive organizational outcomes.
• Manage multiple HR initiatives with deadlines and measurable results.
