Globalli is seeking a Regional HR Service Delivery Manager to lead HR service delivery across the EMEA region, including UK, Ireland, Spain and beyond. You will own ticket resolution, build SOPs and a regional team to scale operations with compliance in mind.

• 5+ years of proven HR service delivery experience in multi-country or regional operations.
• Strong communication skills across formats and stakeholders.
• Experience building and scaling teams, SOPs and knowledge bases in fast-growing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Regional HR service ownership and SME for processes, country requirements and client-specific cases.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and a knowledge base to scale operations.
• Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Account Management, Product, Legal and Risk & Compliance to enhance HR service delivery.
• Manage regional HR tickets and inquiries ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Lead regional team of HR Delivery Specialists and Employee Relationship Coordinators as Globalli grows.
