Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Spain is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Strategy & Impact to lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects across the full delivery lifecycle.

You will partner with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, external partners, and experts to translate complex business needs into actionable plans. You'll drive governance, risk management, and executive decision-making while applying Agile and hybrid methods to improve processes and organizational project

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of overall business experience with at least three to four years leading projects or transformations.
• Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out across full lifecycle.
• Experience with requirements gathering, discovery sessions, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills for cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the entire project lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, schedules, governance structures, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and mapping to establish clear business needs and scope boundaries.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with escalation options for sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to align deliverables and communications.
• Prepare executive-level updates, risk assessments, options analyses, and recommendations.
