Lever, Inc. in Spain seeks an experienced Epic Project Manager to lead complex Epic and healthcare IT initiatives from planning through stabilization.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams across applications, interfaces, testing, training, readiness, cutover, and go-live, partnering with clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Occasional travel may be required to support deployment phases and client alignment.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience leading Epic or complex healthcare IT initiatives.
• Experience managing Epic implementations, upgrades, or enterprise initiatives with multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Epic implementation lifecycle: planning, build, testing, training, readiness, cutover, go-live, stabilization.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Experience developing project plans, RAID logs, governance materials, and exec reporting.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, and escalation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Epic implementations, Community Connect deployments, optimizations, upgrades, and other complex healthcare IT projects from initial planning through stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate workstreams across Epic applications, interfaces, devices, testing, training, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Manage Community Connect practice onboarding, including scope confirmation, readiness tracking, workflow coordination, implementation planning, and deployment sequencing.
• Partner with client leadership, physician practices, Epic application and technical teams, vendors, and internal resources to maintain alignment and drive timely decisions.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, risk management activities, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects or implementation waves while maintaining delivery standards, quality, and timelines.
• Support cutover, go-live, issue triage, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support.
• Coordinate assignments, dependencies, priorities, and client expectations with Epic analysts and leadership.
• Contribute to repeatable Community Connect tools, templates, governance practices, and project delivery methodologies.
