Lever, Inc. in Spain is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead a remote, enterprise-focused delivery organization responsible for migrations, implementations, and complex engagements.

You will own delivery performance, scale AI-enabled capabilities, and shape repeatable, high-value service offerings for major customers. This leadership role combines operations with commercial accountability for revenue, margin, pricing, and expansion opportunities, and requires strong stakeholder

Formación

• 8+ years leading Professional Services or delivery organizations.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise SaaS or PaaS services (large migrations/implementations).
• Experience building a services portfolio with pricing and repeatable delivery models.
• Commercial ownership beyond delivery; partner with Sales on scoping and pricing.
• Experience with AI-augmented delivery to improve workflows and capacity.
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders and communicate complex issues.
• Proven coaching and performance-management of delivery teams.
• Operator-first mindset balancing strategy and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a Professional Services org of engineers and delivery managers.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance including health, scope, and timelines.
• Build an AI-augmented delivery organization to accelerate execution.
• Develop a portfolio of offerings that are scalable, priced, and deliverable.
• Own commercial performance including revenue, margin, pricing, and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope, price, and transition from sales to delivery.
• Set strategic direction for Professional Services within Customer Experience leadership.
• Differentiate services portfolio with measurable customer and business impact.
• Coordinate with Product, Support, and Account Management for feedback loops.
• Represent Services with senior stakeholders during complex engagements.
• Coach delivery professionals to become leaders through feedback and coaching.
