Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced information security analyst to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own governance, risk, and compliance tasks across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST mappings to produce audit-ready outputs.

This is a fully remote, flexible role with 5–20 hours per week. Start ASAP. Compensation is $90 per hour, focused on high-quality documentation and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) or IT audit.
• Hands-on experience writing or reviewing risk assessments, control matrices, and third‑party security questionnaires.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST mappings.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance for AI model training and evaluation.
• Ensure high-quality, audit-ready outputs and risk documentation.
