Iteractive is hiring a creative, performance-focused video ads specialist to own end-to-end campaigns across major platforms. You will edit, design, and iterate video and static ads to maximize ROAS and scale campaigns globally.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid experimentation, and collaboration with remote teams. Fluency in English and comfort with AI tools are required, with generous learning budgets and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a creative, performance marketing, or similar role with a focus on video.
• Skilled in video editing and motion design.
• Hands-on experience creating performance-focused ads for paid acquisition channels.
• Experience creating video and/or static ads that drive measurable results.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative decisions impact campaign performance.
• Ability to analyze creative performance, identify insights, and turn them into tests.
• Creative and analytical mindset with ability to generate and validate ideas with data.
• Knowledge of adapting hooks, messaging, formats and CTAs for different audiences.
• Able to work independently and own projects, timelines and results.
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create and deliver performance-driven video ads, along with supporting static assets.
• Take ownership of the creative process from concept and ideation to final execution.
• Produce and iterate on short-form video ads optimized for engagement, conversions, and scale.
• Focus on one performance channel (AppLovin, TikTok, or Google non-Search) based on strengths.
• Develop and test new hooks, concepts, messaging, visual styles, and CTAs to find winners.
• Use performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) to improve creative performance.
• Turn winning concepts into new iterations and variations to extend performance.
• Adapt creative formats and messaging to different audiences, placements, and funnel stages.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Stay updated with social trends, ad formats, and AI tools.
• Use AI tools to improve ideation, production speed, experimentation, and output.
