Bending Spoons in Madrid seeks a talented, driven HR/operations professional to own the people and administrative side of our rapidly growing European footprint. You will coordinate office launches, oversee admin work tied to acquisitions and restructurings, ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions, and lead employee welfare, onboarding, and offboarding initiatives with automation and AI-enabled tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support new office launches by coordinating the administrative workstream and due diligence on local requirements.
• Steer the people side of extraordinary administrative operations including acquisitions, internal reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans.
• Stay up to date with workplace international laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and enforcement across our organizations with external consultants.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement exceptional employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
• Manage job offers, onboarding and offboarding end-to-end—from negotiation and visa support to administrative updates—ensuring outstanding experiences while streamlining workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools.
