Bending Spoons seeks a proactive, collaborative individual to help organize company-wide events, coordinate international travel, and support recruitment efforts. You will work closely with teams to strengthen our culture and leverage AI to improve operations, ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for Spooners.

Formación

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles.

Responsabilidades

• Run company events, organizing from brainstorming to on-site execution.
• Coordinate business travel across the company for efficient trips.
• Support recruiting initiatives by partnering with the Talent team.
• Strengthen company culture through events and connections for Spooners and families.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline operations and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Support day-to-day operations and onboarding for new hires.
