Bending Spoons in Madrid (Spain) is seeking a talented, driven individual to join our Customer Support team. You’ll work on day-to-day needs and long-term projects, building processes and systems that deliver great support efficiently and at scale.

You’ll improve operations, design scalable support systems, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and use data and AI to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. Fluent English essential. Permanent, full-time role.

Responsabilidades

• Improve customer support operations through projects like onboarding external providers and redesigning support organization.
• Build scalable support systems: help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and drive product improvements.
• Shape support for new acquisitions by aligning operations, tools, and processes.
• Use data and AI to measure support performance and drive improvements.
