CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations (Remote) to support our rapidly growing partner ecosystem across a global organization.

In this role you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure data integrity in Salesforce, and partner with Alliances leaders to optimize channel strategy. You will bring at least 5 years in Partner/Channel Operations, strong analytics, Excel/PowerPoint/Salesforce/Tableau skills, and a proactive, change-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/French/Italian a plus.
• 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
• Strong analytical background with ability to spot anomalies.
• Self-starter, detail and process oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to support channel strategy with data-driven insights into trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Enable wider Alliances/Partner team for seamless execution of partner processes.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks to support Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
• Interpret data and prepare metrics/KPIs for management review.
• Assist with partner onboarding and complex contractual cases.
• Ensure partner deals are categorized and attributed correctly; regional deal support.
• Liaise with IT, capability and GTM teams for process enhancements.
• Participate in QBRs and Annual Operating Planning to align with business needs.
