Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Junior Partner Account Manager to join our Quality Compliance team in Content & Service Quality Operations. The role focuses on coordinating with partners and analyzing performance to ensure service quality across our global platform.

You will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using Bitrix CRM to handle complex requests. Fluency in Spanish, Russian and English is essential, with strong data and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, speaking) – C1+.
• English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) – B1+.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience negotiating with contractors and partners.
• Comfort working with data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Advanced user of Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting to execution and result review.
• Analyze statistics, reports, and partner performance to identify quality improvements.
• Develop and implement quality strategies with the team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex requests.
• Improve partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines).
• Collaborate with internal teams to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
