Monex Global is seeking an Partnerships Operations Analyst to support onboarding, account management, reporting, data quality, and commission processes. The role collaborates with Finance, Compliance, Operations and Technology to ensure accurate data and timely activation of partner accounts.

The ideal candidate has a 2-3 year background in operations or data analysis, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in Spanish and English, within a European financial services context.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail, with an "accuracy before speed" mindset and comfort with methodical, repeatable control work.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear language for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage several deadlines at once under a fixed reporting calendar.

Responsabilidades

• Partner account support and dormant account management, such as: Providing operational and administrative support to the Head of EU Partnerships and the Partnerships desk across the existing partner portfolio.
• Maintaining an up-to-date view of partner and referred client account status (active, slowing, dormant, inactive).
• Identify dormant and inactive accounts, analyse inactivity drivers and prepare prioritized reactivation lists for front office outreach.
• Tracking the progress and outcomes of reactivation initiatives for management review.
• Logging and routing operational partner queries to the relevant function and reporting on volumes and resolution times.
