FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists. You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, practical help as part of an international team.

The role offers an on-site position with optional remote work within Portugal and a full relocation package. Salary is €1,220–€1,500 gross per month (with or without accommodation).

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You’re based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

Dutch language (C1/C2)

English (good)
