FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You’ll be the main contact for Dutch customers via phone, email or chat, delivering friendly, practical help to daily questions.

We offer relocation support: flight tickets, accommodation options, and a monthly gross salary of 1,220–1,500 EUR. Relocation benefits include private health insurance from day one, paid training, and Holiday/Christmas bonuses.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide friendly, practical help to day-to-day questions.
