FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. On-site with remote options within Portugal, with a full relocation package.

You’ll be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, providing genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of our international team. Flight tickets included and accommodation options available.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• You'll be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide friendly, solutions-oriented support to day-to-day queries.
• Collaborate with an international team to ensure customer satisfaction.
