FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will be the main point of contact for Dutch customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, practical help.

Relocation is covered, with flight tickets and housing support. On-site in Lisbon or remote within Portugal, salary €1,220–€1,500 gross per month, plus bonuses.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide friendly, practical help to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
