FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers by phone, email, or chat. This role includes a full relocation package and on-site work with remote options within Portugal.

You will join an international team delivering friendly, practical help, with flight tickets provided and accommodation options. Salary ranges from €1,220 to €1,500 gross per month depending on housing.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
