FH Collective Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for Lisbon, Portugal, offering relocation with a full package. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat as part of an international team, delivering helpful, human support and avoiding overly scripted responses.

The role requires Dutch fluency (C1/C2) and good English, with on-site and remote options within Portugal, and a relocation flight included to start your new life in the Portuguese sun.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
