FH Collective Academy is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon with on-site and remote options within Portugal. You’ll be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering practical help and a friendly service as part of an international team.

Relocation is supported, with flight and accommodation options. You’ll also receive private health insurance and paid training, plus monthly Holiday and Christmas bonuses included in pay.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions.
• Work as part of an international team with relocation support if needed.
