Responsabilidades

• Source and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
• Screen CVs and assess candidates' suitability.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.

About The Role

As a Danish‑speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.

During your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you'll get hands‑on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis - with no earning cap.

You should be comfortable dedicating around 30-40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.

• Source and headhunt Danish‑speaking candidates for roles abroad
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language‑based roles
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
