Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Norwegian-speaking international freelance recruiter to join our remote team. You will source candidates for roles abroad, screen CVs, interview, and manage your own candidate pipeline with independence and clear goals.

During the first three months, you’ll have paid onboarding and training. Afterward, the role is commission-based with no earning cap, with an expected 30–40 hours per week of work.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian (native or near-native) and proficient English.
• Experience in recruitment, agency or international setting preferred.
• Freelance/commission-based work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Norwegian-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
• Maintain communication with candidates through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
• Manage your own pipeline and proactively fill open roles.
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure onboarding.

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.

About the Role

As a Norwegian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence. During your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you'll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis - with no earning cap. You should be comfortable dedicating around 30-40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.

Requirements

• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media)
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
