Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) in a Madrid-based, remote-friendly role. The position focuses on operating regionally, providing professional remote technical support and driving incidents to resolution while ensuring SLA adherence.

Key responsibilities include maintaining support processes, diagnosing issues with service assurance tools, and updating stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Remotely investigates incidents and provides root-cause analysis and remedies.
• Ensures continuous feedback to clients and updates tickets and portals as required.
