Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior Mobile Growth Manager to own monetization, retention, and all cockpits of the mobile funnel for an iOS/Android AI chat app. You will run end-to-end growth experiments, optimize ARPU, and ensure compliance with Apple/Google rules while leveraging AI for rapid prototyping and insights.

The role requires deep expertise in subscription economics, paywall experimentation, and cross-platform measurement. Remote work is supported with international eligibility.

Formación

• 5+ years in mobile growth or lifecycle roles for subscription apps.
• Proven ARPU, conversion or retention gains on iOS and Android.
• Deep understanding of subscription economics (trials, renewals, LTV).
• Hands-on with paywall experiments (RevenueCat, etc.).
• Experience with Mixpanel funnels and cohorts.
• Familiar with StoreKit and Google Play Billing mechanics.
• Experience with MMPs and ATT/SKAdNetwork era measurement.
• Proficient in push/in‑app messaging and retention mechanics.
• Strong ASO knowledge for store listing conversion.
• Daily use of Claude or AI tools for prototyping and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own mobile growth end to end from store page to renewal.
• Deliver quarterly ARPU targets via conversion and retention.
• Own paywall, pricing, trials, and geo-based price tests.
• Own onboarding to shorten the first-value moment.
• Build retention loops and win-back strategies.
• Manage store conversion with ASO tests and reviews.
• Align web and app experiences for consistent entitlement.
• Measure signals with MMP data under privacy rules.
• Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules.
• Review sessions daily to identify friction and backlog items.
• Create reporting with dashboards on ARPU, conversion, retention.
• Ensure policy compliance for subscriptions and refunds.
• Prototype with AI to accelerate analysis and testing.
• Diagnose spikes/drops quickly and act on them.
• Document tests, learnings, and playbooks.
