Revolut is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to support mobile acquisition efforts and manage campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads. You will analyze performance to improve ROAS, contribute to attribution and tracking in a privacy-first ecosystem, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges.

Expect to run experiments, identify trends, and drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure.
• Degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with mobile ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
• Expertise in analysing data and solving quantitative problems.
• Solid understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAN, ATT).
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and optimising mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Analysing campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently.
• Supporting attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Working with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking.
• Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges.
• Monitoring KPIs and contributing to reporting and performance insights.
• Running experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve results.
• Identifying trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution.
