Phiture is a mobile growth consultancy seeking a Senior Growth Consultant, Programmatic, to own programmatic media buys and client relationships. You’ll lead end-to-end strategy, setup, and optimization for one or more accounts, applying deep app- UA expertise and managing outcomes with Looker Studio dashboards.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable growth through DSPs and MMPs, with flexible remote work within Europe and beyond.

Formación

• Solid app-specific paid UA fluency.
• Hands-on DSP/programmatic campaign management experience.
• Independent data interpretation skills.
• Strong written and verbal client communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of proactive ownership.
• Genuine interest in programmatic as a channel.
• Comfort in an individual account-ownership role.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end programmatic campaign management and optimization.
• Own the client relationship, deliverables, and strategic planning.
• Apply app-specific paid media expertise for measurement and attribution.
• Bridge creative & performance data to guide direction with the creative team.
• Analyze monthly performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Guide client POCs and junior team members while owning accounts.
