GoMining is seeking a General Manager to own Custody & Compliance end-to-end, including strategy, KYC/AML, deposits, withdrawals, and customer experience. You will lead the product roadmap, revenue, and performance while partnering with Legal, Risk, and Engineering.

You will manage the team, drive data-driven decisions, and balance risk with commercial impact to enable fast, safe money movement across the ecosystem.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience in crypto custody, payments, KYC/AML, or related financial infrastructure.
• Experience owning custody and compliance processes in a crypto environment.
• Proven ability to build scalable compliance operations and partner with external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Own Custody & Compliance end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, budget, and business results.
• Define and track metrics for deposits, withdrawals, KYC, fraud, and activation.
• Improve onboarding speed and money movement while balancing risk and conversion.
• Lead custody infrastructure and provider relationships, negotiate terms.
• Build scalable KYC/AML operations, SLAs, and workflows.
• Drive product and business delivery with engineering teams.
