BorrowMyDoggy · Share the Love of Dogs is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own our Meta account end-to-end: running campaigns, budgets, ads creation, and using data to decide what to make next. This part-time role (1–3 days per week) is fully remote and suited to a freelancer or someone seeking flexible work alongside another role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads accounts hands-on.
• Has independently managed £20k+/month in Meta spend.
• Portfolio of ads you've made yourself (statics and short-form video).
• Data-aware with grasp of hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPM, CPA and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Run the Meta Ads account day to day: structure, audiences, budgets, pacing.
• Launch and test ads in Meta Ads Manager and bulk-launch tools.
• Monitor performance daily and reallocate budget to top performers; pause what isn’t.
• Keep Pixel and Conversions API healthy and flag issues fast.
• Own channel reporting: monthly top-5 takeaways and weekly headlines.
• Turn content into ads: static and short-form video from existing assets.
• Edit and design ads using Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar; iterate quickly.
• Refresh creative monthly with a testing plan for new hooks and formats.
