Job summary

BorrowMyDoggy is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own our Meta account end to end, launching, monitoring and optimising campaigns, and turning in-house and community content into static and short-form video ads.

The role is part-time (1-3 days per week), remote and suited for a freelancer or someone seeking flexible work alongside another role. You will work with our small marketing team using AdNova, Meta Ads Manager and AI tools to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads accounts hands-on
• Independently managed £20k+/month in Meta spend
• Portfolio of ads (statics and short-form video)
• Diagnose creative fatigue and decide iterations
• Data-aware with hooks, CTR, CPM, CPA and ROAS
• Clear written communication for non-specialists

Responsibilities

• Run Meta Ads account day-to-day: structure, audiences, budgets, pacing and bids
• Launch and test ads and monitor performance daily
• Shift budget toward successful creatives and pause underperformers
• Maintain Pixel and Conversions API data health
• Own monthly report and weekly headlines
• Turn content into ready-to-run ads and refresh monthly
