BorrowMyDoggy is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own our Meta campaigns end to end. This part-time role (1–3 days per week) is fully remote, with flexible hours and potential to work alongside another role or portfolio career.

You will run campaigns, craft ads from our content library, test ideas, monitor performance, and produce monthly top‑line insights for the team. A portfolio of self-made ads and 3+ years of hands-on Meta experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads accounts hands-on (agency or in-house).
• Independently managed £20k+/month in Meta spend, including budgets and testing.
• Portfolio of ads made yourself (static and short-form video).
• Proven ability to diagnose creative fatigue and iterate.
• Data-aware with clear understanding of hook rate, CTR, CPA and ROAS.
• Clear written communication with non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Run the Meta Ads account day-to-day: structure, audiences, budgets, pacing and bids.
• Launch and test ads in Meta Ads Manager and bulk-launch tools.
• Monitor performance daily and shift budget toward winning strategies.
• Keep tracking/conversion data healthy (Pixel, Conversions API) and flag issues.
• Own channel reporting: monthly top‑5 takeaways and weekly headlines.
• Turn content into ads: static and short-form video from library/UGC.
• Edit and design ads yourself (Canva/Figma/CapCut) with rapid iteration.
• Refresh creative at least monthly with a testing plan.
• Build organic-to-paid pipeline and maintain a content wishlist.
