Job summary

BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a senior Customer Success leader based in Spain with remote work options.

You will own post-sales account success by delivering a tailored Success Blueprint and guiding executive and technical stakeholders to strategic business outcomes. You will drive adoption, manage risk, and coordinate across Sales, Services, Engineering, Support, and Product teams to align on goals and governance.

Qualifications

Fluent English and Italian communication required.
10+ years of deep expertise in z/OS systems and Mainframe Tools/ Utilities.
Experience with executive-level engagements and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Become post-sales customer success leader for assigned accounts with a deliverable Success Blueprint.
Build and deliver tailored Success Blueprint aligned to customers' goals and provide usage/adoption recommendations, risk identification, mitigation, and governance.
Drive customer adoption and success.
Esacalation point for customer issues impacting success to drive risk mitigation.
Maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing, Product & Support to own post-sale strategy and customer satisfaction.
Learn and contribute in global projects and be innovative in solving problems.
