Job summary

BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Leader to be based remotely in Spain.

You will lead post-sales efforts, delivering tailored Success Blueprints and driving adoption while collaborating with Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires exceptional English and Italian, strong consulting and analytical skills, and experience with large mainframe environments and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Italian.
• Proven consulting, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience dealing with large, political accounts at senior IT and business levels.
• Experience with cross-functional alignment with Sales, Pre-sales, Services, Engineering, Support, and Product teams.
• 10+ years of deep expertise in z/OS systems and mainframe tools.

Responsibilities

• Become the post-sales customer success leader for assigned accounts and deliver a tailored Success Blueprint.
• Build and deliver tailored Success Blueprint aligned to customers' goals with recommendations and governance advice.
• Drive customer adoption and overall success.
• Serve as escalation point for issues impacting customer success and drive risk mitigation.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Support.
