Qualitice, a growing life sciences consulting company based in Barcelona, is seeking a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive client development, recruit top consultants, and coordinate communications across Europe. The role is fully remote, with a focus on the DACH market and life sciences sectors.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience in business development or recruitment, and is fluent in German and English.

Formación

• 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, account management, marketing/communications or a related field.
• Fluent German and English.
• Currently living in Spain and eligible to work in Spain.
• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach potential clients within pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences sectors.
• Research new business opportunities across Europe, with focus on DACH market.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment contacts.
• Support client outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking.
• Coordinate introductory meetings, follow-ups, proposals and consultant submissions.
