Qualitice seeks a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to drive client outreach and recruit top talent across Europe. The role blends business development, recruiting and communications in a fully remote setting, with a focus on the DACH market and life sciences clients.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience, fluent German and English, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

• 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, account management, marketing/communications or related field
• Fluent German and English
• Currently living in Spain and eligible to work in Spain
• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for prospecting and recruiting
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several activities simultaneously
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in growing a business
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience in consulting, recruitment, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, IT or professional services is an advantage, but not required

Responsabilidades

• Business Development: identify and approach potential clients, research opportunities across Europe with focus on DACH
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment contacts
• Coordinate meetings, proposals and consultant submissions; maintain CRM pipeline
