Job summary

LONGi Energy Storage seeks a senior LTSA Service Sales leader to own the long-term service agreements for utility-scale BESS projects across Europe. You will drive commercial negotiations, contract performance, on-site maintenance, risk control and customer relationship management, guiding a cross-functional team to ensure profitability and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 8+ years in utility-scale BESS delivery, with 3+ years in LTSA project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, New Energy, Power System, Energy Storage Engineering or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience delivering utility-scale BESS projects in delivery, operation and maintenance management.
• 3+ years of LTSA project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead LTSA negotiations and review of long-term service agreements, defining service scope, term and performance metrics.
• Oversee LTSA contract performance, on-site O&M, risk control and customer relationship management.
• Manage full-cycle LTSA projects including team leadership, cost control and standard operating procedures.
