LONGi Energy Storage is seeking a core management professional to oversee LTSA for utility-scale BESS projects in Spain. You will be in charge of commercial negotiation, contract performance and on-site O&M across the full lifecycle, ensuring KPI achievement and profitability.

The role requires 8+ years in utility-scale BESS delivery with LTSA leadership, strong risk control, team management and the ability to build standardized service operations and drive customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, New Energy, Power System or related field.
• 8+ years in utility-scale BESS delivery; 3+ years LTSA project management.
• Proficient in LTSA clauses, performance indicators and risk control.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and customer relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead LTSA negotiation, service scheme formulation and performance risk control.
• Oversee full-cycle LTSA projects including on-site O&M and fault handling.
• Manage data review, O&M cost control and project profitability.
• Build standardized LTSA service SOPs and system operation.
