Fuerte Group, Marbella, Spain, seeks a Labor Relations & Employment Law Specialist to ensure legal compliance across hospitality and construction operations. You will interpret collective bargaining agreements, advise hotel managers, draft disciplinary files, coordinate prevention services, and liaise with works councils and unions.

You are a strategic, detail-oriented professional with 3–4 years of related experience, fluent Spanish and English, and the ability to travel occasionally within

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations or Law with HR focus.
• 3–4 years in labor relations or employment advisory.
• Experience with hospitality/construction collective agreements.
• Experience with ERTEs/EREs or restructurings is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Conflict resolution and mediation across regional centers.
• Provide legal counsel to hotel general managers and leaders on disciplinary actions.
• Interpret, apply and update hospitality and construction agreements.
• Draft disciplinary proceedings and contractual amendments.
• Coordinate occupational risk prevention (PRL) with prevention services.
• Maintain dialogue with works councils and unions; monitor labor reforms.
• Partner with Head of Personnel on labor policies and compliance metrics.
