Fuerte Group Hotels in Marbella, Spain, seeks a Human Resources Specialist to drive talent growth across our hotel brands within a hybrid work model. You will design annual training plans, maintain job descriptions, support recruitment evaluations, and ensure payroll accuracy while upholding GDPR.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of HR experience, a relevant university degree, fluent Spanish and English at B2, and readiness to travel regionally.

Formación

• At least 3 years of HR Specialist/HR Generalist/People Operations experience.
• University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, or Labor Relations with postgraduate HR studies.
• Strong expertise in candidate assessment platforms and corporate training plan design.
• Fluent Spanish with B2-level English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical rigor, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement annual professional development plans for management and staff.
• Advise on assessment tests and interview frameworks in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Develop and maintain updated job descriptions across roles from director to frontline staff.
• Gather and verify monthly payroll data and submit statutory filings on time.
• Compile HR analytics and ensure GDPR compliance for all employee files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spanish labor law, collective agreements, and safety regulations.
