HBX Group is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Specialist to advise managers and HR colleagues on employee relations matters in a fast-paced, international setting. You will ensure compliance with Spanish labor law, manage investigations, and partner with leaders to mitigate risks while supporting organizational changes.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, employment law, or a similar HR-focused role.
• Experience managing employee relations cases independently from initiation through resolution.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to managers on employee and labor relations matters.
• Manage employee relations cases from initiation to resolution, including disciplinary processes and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.
• Partner with business leaders to proactively identify and mitigate labor relations risks.
• Support organizational changes, restructures, and workforce consultations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain employment documentation and case records.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and external advisors when required.
• Monitor updates to employment legislation and assess their impact on the business.
• Support collective labor relations activities with employee representatives and unions where applicable.
• Deliver training to managers on employee relations best practices and labor law compliance.
• Analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations to reduce risk and improve experience.
• Contribute to HR policy and process improvements.
